Pennsylvania gives 3 business days to cancel without penalty. It also allows cancellation for death or permanent disability, for moving more than 25 additional miles without a comparable facility within 5 miles of your new home, or for a closure of more than 30 days without a comparable facility within 10 miles.

Other reasons you can cancel

A shorter disability (under 6 months) entitles you to a free extension instead. |
