Texas gym membership cancellation laws
Texas gives a 3-business-day full-refund cancellation right. It also allows cancellation with a partial refund for death, total and permanent disability, a closing or relocation of more than 10 miles, or failure to provide advertised services. Notices go by certified mail to the gym's home office. Texas law does not include a 'you moved away' cancellation right.
